
Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition

Smartsheet is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to focus on new customer acquisition in Sydney or Melbourne, reporting to the Regional Director, Enterprise.
You will be selling to industry project management experts, requiring dedication to learning industry trends and competitor landscape. You will be the subject matter expert in Smartsheet’s products and solutions, presenting to Senior level executives within Large Enterprise organisations.
Responsibilities include:
- Selling to industry project management experts
- Being the subject matter expert in Smartsheet’s products and solutions
- Presenting to Senior level executives within Large Enterprise organisations
- Qualifying inbound leads and running new business sales outreach campaigns
- Driving complex value-driven sales motions
- Developing a GTM target account strategy
- Maintaining accurate records via SalesForce
- Exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Developing and maintaining structured target account plans
- Attending industry-relevant events
- Ensuring customer success
Requirements include:
- 7+ years of experience selling complex SAAS solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in enterprise customers
- Background in building complex licensing and contractual proposals
- Value-based sales process
- Start-up attitude and resilience
- Genuine hunger for customer acquisition
- Experience working with solution engineering teams and customer success
- High energy and activity
- Ability to ask for help when required
