## Job Description:Excellent benefits including salary packaging Senior nursing leadership role Permanent, full time position**About the Role**The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is the professional, clinical and operational leader in our Chemotherapy Day Unit, which also includes the Symptom Urgent Review Clinic (SURC), Cancer Care at Home (CC@H) and Apheresis Units, and plays a pivotal role in leading and inspiring all nurses in the Chemotherapy Day Unit team to maintain and promote the professional standards of Nursing Practice within the unit.The NUM will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing values and specialised practice standards, safety standards and operational resources of the CDU (and sub units) are in place to promote safe patient care.
