We're looking for a passionate and experienced
Nurse Unit Manager (NUM)
to lead our
Specialist Dementia Care Program (SDCP)
unit. This is a rare opportunity to shape a transformative unit designed to support older people experiencing severe behavioural symptoms of dementia.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the SDCP unit and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Support the older persons and families through stabilisation and transition.
  • Mentor and manage nursing staff.
  • Oversee staffing, compliance, and clinical documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes.


What You Bring:

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse
  • Leadership experience in aged or dementia care
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for person-centred care and rehabilitation
