About the role

Located in the heart of Bendigo’s southern corridor, Estia Health Kangaroo Flat is a warm and welcoming aged care home known for its close-knit community and person-centred care. Surrounded by leafy parks and local amenities, the home offers modern facilities, strong clinical support, and a compassionate team culture.We encourage only local candidates or those with a genuine intention to relocate to apply, as on-site presence and a connection to the local community are essential to the success of this role.

A comfort to our residents and a leader to the team – in this Full Timerole,being a Clinical Care Coordinator is all about how you make people feel. You will:

- Drive a continuous improvement culture
- Act as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
- Focus on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
- Care planning in line with new standards
- Take pride in your clinical documentation management skills

You’ll be someone who is empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home. You’ll also have:

- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Leadership experience in clinical care
- A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
