You’ll bring:

- Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the phone
- An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
- Experience in the banking and finance industry - **a plus but certainly not essential**

Knowledge and expertise set us apart, and you’ll use yours to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank’s products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. You’ll build connections with the community to support our customers, give back and make our communities a better place. Teamwork and mateship will be crucial as you work together to meet our goals. You’ll be part of a culture that values risk and compliance at the heart of all decision making.

We have two permanent positions available:

- Full time - Located at the Eaglehawk Branch. The roster is** 76** hours per fortnight.
- Part time - Located at the Kangaroo Flat Branch. The roster is** 64.5** hours per fortnight.
