Peter Cox Property Sales Surveyor

Join Our Team and Lead with Expertise We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Sales Surveyor or someone willing to become one, to join our Lincoln branch. Experience is preferred but not essential for the right applicant. You will be covering the East coast of the Midlands area, including Thetford, Bury St. Edmunds, Norwich and surrounding areas. If you’re a qualified professional with a proven track record in property preservation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer solutions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Survey properties and diagnose complex preservation issues.

- Provide tailored solutions to customers based on construction and building environments.

- Travel daily and, once trained, work predominantly on your own.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing), CSTDB (Certified Surveyor in Timber and Dampness), or relevant construction/built environment qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential.

- Proven track record in property preservation sales or surveying.

- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.

- Strong understanding of building pathology and preservation techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
