The Reject Shop is now part of global retail leader Dollarama, and we’re preparing for a major transformation in 2026. With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience, and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong teams now to lead the change.

Mt Sheridan is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to help drive it forward.

What you’ll be doing:

- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead by example, delivering great customer service and team engagement
- Take a hands-on role in store operations, merchandising, and maintaining high standards
- Complete store processes each shift—serving customers, processing stock, tidying and the store, and ensuring everything is ready for trade
- Lead by example in every task, setting the tone for teamwork, pace, and pride in presentation
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment
- Learn to coach and support team members, building capability and confidence
