We're looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our friendly bakery team If you love great coffee, fresh pastries, and working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in hospitality

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day sales operations of our bakery ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience. You'll learn all aspects of the business — from crafting quality coffee and assisting in the kitchen to leading by example on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, professional customer service at all times
  • Prepare quality coffee and beverages as a barista
  • Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and baking tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards
  • Lead and motivate the team during busy shifts
  • Support stock control, ordering, and opening/closing duties
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our bakery's high standards

About You

You're someone who thrives in a hands-on role and loves being part of a close-knit team. You bring energy, initiative, and a passion for great food and coffee.

You'll have:

  • Previous experience in retail, café, or bakery environments (preferred)
  • Leadership potential or prior supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn all areas of the bakery
  • Availability to work weekends and early mornings
