We Are Hiring Disability Support Roles in Bankstown, Sydney – Complex Care & Behaviours

Location: Bankstown & Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs? Concept Care Disability Solutions is growing and looking for experienced support workers in Bankstown who are committed to delivering high-quality care in the community.

The Role

In this role, you’ll provide essential in-home support to clients with complex needs, including:

- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

- High personal care requirements

You’ll support clients to live more independently and actively participate in their communities, while always promoting dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assistance with personal care, medication, and daily living activities

- Support with PEG feeding, stoma care, catheter care, and bowel management

- Transportation for appointments and community access

- Implementing behaviour support strategies tailored to each client

- Supporting clients in working towards their NDIS goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for passionate, experienced individuals who can confidently support clients with complex needs and behaviours.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in complex disability support

- Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (desirable)

- Strong background in positive behaviour support (PBS), trauma-informed care and mental health

- Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

- Confidence in using de-escalation and communication strategies
