We are seeking an experienced Theatre Technician to join our dynamic team at our Fitzroy site. The successful applicant will have completed a recognised Theatre Technician course and have recent peri-operative experience. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a team player with initiative.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with the positioning of patients and equipment in theatres.
- Assist with the preparation of the operating rooms before the commencement of the day’s schedule.
- Participate in the application of diathermy, calf compression devices, and tourniquets as directed.
- Collect positional aides, table fittings and procedural equipment required for the session.
