About the Role

The Store Manager’s primary role is leading and training team members, driving sales and wage control through stock rotation, and delivering a high level of customer service to ensure Spendless Shoes remains the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Your Attributes — Qualifications

- Previous experience in a Retail, Hospitality or Sales environment
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
- Stock management and merchandising experience
- Understanding of sales budgets and KPIs
- Knowledge of rosters, wage control and people performance
- Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
- Strong customer service skills
- Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
- Motivation to be successful; confident and passionate
- Passion for fashion footwear
