About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store—leading a passionate team, driving operational excellence, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience. This is your chance to bring your leadership to life in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire:

- Motivate and mentor your team to reach their full potential
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture

Drive Operational Success:

- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
- Monitor budgets and KPIs to ensure profitability
- Streamline systems and processes for efficiency

- Showcase the best of Tasmania’s fresh, local produce

Connect with Community:
