Responsibilities

- As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.
- Lead by example, motivate and inspire your team, and manage a diverse range of personalities.
- Direct training, drive floor sales, coaching, and deliver results; oversee visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.

Qualifications

- Retail management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
- Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
