This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you’ll shape and deliver the strategy to expand the company's presence and revenue.

What you’ll be doing

- Defining and leading the business growth strategy alongside the leadership team
- Building, nurturing and leveraging client relationships to uncover new opportunities
- Partnering with clients to create innovative engagement solutions that deliver impact
- Developing proposals that showcase the agency's unique ability to connect brands with customers
- Leading, mentoring and inspiring a talented team to deliver at their best
- Staying across market trends and spotting emerging opportunities for innovation

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in new business leadership or client growth roles
- Strategic and commercial acumen with a track record of revenue delivery
