About the Role
As a Support Worker at Aruma, you’ll empower people with disabilities to live the life they choose. Working across home, community, and supported accommodation settings, you’ll provide tailored support that promotes independence, inclusion, and personal growth. From daily living assistance to helping build social connections, your work will make a meaningful difference. It will be guided by individual goals and delivered in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
- Assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
