A great opportunity has become available for a veterinarian to join a supportive and experienced multi-vet team at a busy practice in a beachside suburb just south of Sydney.
Using evidence-based diagnoses, therapies and recommended courses of treatment, you will be empowered to manage your cases with the mentoring and support of the experienced team. Collaboration and mentoring both to and from your colleagues are always welcomed.
This is a permanent part-time position. The employers want you to look forward to coming to work each day, so they offer a flexible roster with options for consulting and/or surgical days. No after-hours are ever required at this practice.
The current team consists of 2.5 vets and 7 skilled nurses who are all committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care. The practice proudly holds Stress Free Accreditation and the team is very experienced in dealing with highly anxious patients and assisting clients in managing these concerns with their much-loved pets. Both vets and nurses at the practice are encouraged to advance their knowledge through paid study leave and an extensive uncapped CE suite.

Equipped with cutting-edge technology, including ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and biochemistry, electrolyte and hematology machines, the practice ensures precise diagnostics and treatment for the patients. With two consult rooms, a cat ward, dog ward, cattery, sterile theatre, prep area, and internal lab, the clinic is fully equipped to cater to the needs of the diverse clientele.
The practice is located in an urban centre that has a great community feel. The area offers easy access to beautiful beaches, ocean-view cafés, and scenic walking tracks. With Sydney an easy one-hour drive away and close proximity to public transport, the location provides both convenience and an exceptional lifestyle.
