**In this role you'll**:

- Work independently & cooperatively within a team, exchange information and support other team members to achieve team objectives and business outcomes.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and promote the sharing of knowledge
- Take responsibility for delivering work which meet customer requirements.
- Be responsive to diverse experiences, perspectives, values and beliefs and listen to others’ individual viewpoints
- Look for opportunities to learn and seek the feedback of others to develop skills
- Participate in training and development opportunities facilitated by Aboriginal Employment Programs Team

During the program, you will develop workplace-specific skills, experience, and knowledge that aligns to the VET studies towards Cert IV Project Management Practice Qualification.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
- Previous administration experience - highly desirable
- You will Undertake a relevant Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification with an approved RTO.
- Be available to commence full-time employment (35 hours per week).
