In the role of Director, you will join the Capital Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it

Key Responsibilities

- End‑to‑end management and execution of wholesale AUD bond transactions, from pricing to settlement

- Leadership and mentoring within the Capital Markets Origination & Distribution (CMOD) team

- Building trusted relationships with issuers, investors, and key internal and external stakeholders

- Driving strategic input into business direction and commercial agreements

- Championing operational excellence, risk management, and process innovation

Qualifications

- A track road of experience in the financial markets industry, with a focus on debt capital markets

- Proventrack record in syndicate, origination, or treasury roles

- Deep knowledge of Australian and offshore wholesale debt capital markets

- Demonstrated expertise in executing primary securitisation transactions and managing complex deals

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar, with preference for post‑graduate and AFMA accreditation
