Finance Analyst - Commercial

We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to help shape the future of Dormakaba. In this role, you'll be involved in transformational projects, including our upcoming SAP migration and the development of BI dashboards. Your focus will be on turning complex data into clear, impactful insights, supporting both financial and non-financial KPI reporting across the business.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, Commercial, you will provide valuable insights to support our Finance Business Partners, enabling them to drive growth and sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Support financial transformation projects with emphasis on SAP and BI capability enhancements.
- Design and deliver insightful dashboards tailored for key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain accurate financial and non-financial KPI reports.
- Collaborate closely with teams across the business to identify and meet reporting needs within the Commercial portfolio.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of analytics focused on financial performance.
- Enhance data management practices, including data quality and usability, and educate the business on best practices.

YOUR SKILLS

You enjoy exploring data, uncovering the story behind the numbers, and helping others make informed decisions. You are proactive, naturally curious, and enthusiastic about driving improvements through innovative tools and smart approaches.

- Finance undergraduate studies preferred
- Experience in commercial analysis, reporting, or transformation projects.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
- Familiarity with SAP or other large-scale systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HFM preferred.
