The Opportunity

We are seeking a Part-Time, Fixed-Term General Administration Receptionist to join our school community. This position is 20 hours per week, working school hours from 11:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. The appointment will commence as soon as possible and continue until 26 January 2027.

The Position

- Classification: Education Support Level 2 Category B (all school holidays)
- FTE/ Hours per fortnight: .53FTE - 20hours per week 11.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday

- Location: Notre Dame College Knight St or Emmaus Campus, Shepparton

You will:

- Provide professional and welcoming reception and customer service to students, parents, staff, contractors and visitors, including phone, email and in-person enquiries.
- Prepare, distribute and manage correspondence, certificates, permission forms, bulletins, student records, and other College documentation in line with policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update College systems and software (e.g., Synergetic, SEQTA, Operoo, Policy Connect, MS Office) with accurate student, staff and administrative information.
- Support College operations through general administration tasks including photocopying, filing, stationery orders, archiving, receipting monies, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Monitor and record student attendance, absences, late arrivals, permissions, infringements, medical incidents and communicate with parents/guardians and relevant staff as required.
- Actively promote and support the College’s mission, vision, values and Mercy and Marist traditions through participation in the liturgical and community life of the College.

Magnify Sandhurst

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
