Job Description

- Build strong client relationships through regular meetings, timely responses, and proactive support to ensure R&D compliance.
- Conduct thorough research and gather detailed information to prepare accurate R&D claims aligned with legislation.
- Manage multiple client projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and internal approvals.
- Help clients identify eligible R&D activities and maintain compliant records through reviews and tailored advice.
- Provide expert guidance on R&D tax legislation and recommend improvements to optimise claim outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client records, submit weekly timesheets, stay updated on legislation, and participate in ongoing training.

The Successful Applicant

A successful R&D Tax Advisor should have:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of R&D tax incentive programs and legislation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within the business services industry or a similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting tools.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and regulations
