Your New Role

Working closely with a highly regarded Partner and their team, you’ll play a key role in advising on major property and development transactions—particularly those involving government, commercial, and industrial assets.

You’ll work across a diverse and engaging mix of matters including acquisitions and sales, development agreements, leasing, tenure issues and project finance.

Please note: We are recruiting for lawyers 2+ years and 3-5+ years PAE.

Your Skills Profile

- 2+ years PAE and 3-5+ Years PAE with broad experience across property transactions;

- Exposure to development projects or major infrastructure highly regarded;

- Excellent drafting, advisory and communication skills

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage matters independently and within a team

- Confidence in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting the continueir development

- A proactive and organised approach to managing competing priorities
