Job Description

- Maintain and manage overdue accounts within company guidelines.
- Liaise with customers to arrange payment plans and resolve payment issues.
- Ensure all transactions are handled professionally and in compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to team objectives and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures for efficiency.
- Uphold company values and standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Collections Officer should have:

- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- A strong understanding of the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service
