Then South Metropolitan HealthService is the perfect place to start In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Pharmacist, Deputy Chief Pharmacist(Operations), Deputy Chief Pharmacist (Clinical) and SeniorPharmacists to ensure a seamless coordinated pharmacy service is delivered to patients. You will also be responsible for leading, developing, managing and promoting the Quality Use of Medicines within the organisation, including medicines procurement, governance, safety and stewardship programs to improve patient outcomes. This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time appointments. Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplants and hyperbaric medicine.
