Are you a seasoned Civil Project Manager looking for a new opportunity to lead exciting projects and mentor the next generation of engineers?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. You will be based in our office and oversee projects throughout the Brisbane and South East Queensland region. This role requires someone who can work autonomously on a project with a supervisor or collaborate with a team of supporting engineers, depending on the project's size and scope.

Responsibilities

- Leading and managing the entire project lifecycle for subdivision developments.

- Working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional time management and discipline with deliverables.

- Mentoring and developing junior engineers, developing their talent and growth.

- Overseeing all project administration, including preparing safety documentation, procurement, invoice processing, reporting, and programming.

- Maintaining project schedules, identifying the critical path, and ensuring deadlines are met.

- Tracking daily costs, reviewing costs to completion, and preparing financial projections.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in subdivision delivery and a strong understanding that the role extends beyond technical expertise to include administrative and people management.
