About the Role
We are looking for a Night Manager to join our team at UniLodge Kensington on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will be adaptable and equipped to manage any situation during evening hours, with a focus on resident safety and overall building management during overnight shifts.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring building security and safety, performing perimeter checks, and resolving issues or emergencies.
- Handling administration tasks such as maintaining records, processing payments, and reporting.
- Managing incidents, grievances, and conflicts during the night shift.
- Supporting residents and being a friendly point of contact for assistance and welfare.
- Responding to calls about noise, disturbances, or lockouts.
- Attending training and mandatory staff meetings as required.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand.
- National Police Check within 3 months.
- Working with Children Check (NSW).
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- Ability to work either 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM shifts.
