Night Manager - Part Time at UniLodge

UniLodge specialise in student accommodation and have been an industry market leader since 1996. The UniLodge Group manages a diverse portfolio of close to 130 properties and hotels with a footprint in every city in mainland Australia and New Zealand. We employ a team of over 1200 people who are dedicated to our vision, "To build inclusive communities for inspired living".

We are on the lookout for a Night Manager to join our team based at UniLodge Kensington on a permanent part time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
  • Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
  • Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
  • Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock outs.
  • Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • National Police Check – within 3 months
  • Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays, with two shift options to choose from: 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM.
