Ready to step into leadership while staying connected on the floor? Six Little Ducks Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) / Educational Leader to guide our team and shape engaging learning experiences.

The Role

This is a dual role where you’ll balance leadership with hands-on teaching:

- Mentor and support educators with curriculum planning and EYLF
- Lead engaging learning programs on the floor
- Ensure compliance with NQF & frameworks
- Build strong connections with families and the community

About You

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in early childhood or classroom teaching
- Confident leader with mentoring experience
- Passionate, collaborative, and committed to high-quality education
