- Location - Revesby
- Temporary Full-time Contract
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Pay rate – $36.70 per hour + superannuation
- Not-for-profit employer, so pay less tax

As a member of the Leadership team at Holy Spirit Revesby, you will develop, plan, and implement lifestyle activities and programs, ensuring residents have choices to maintain their social, psychological, recreational, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing.

About the Role:

- Encourage resident choice and participation in activities
- Conduct resident assessments to understand their preferences and needs
- Plan and implement innovative events and activities, involving the community, volunteers, and families where possible
- Act as team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the lifestyle team
- Work safely, following all policies and procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents

To be successful, you'll need:

- A kind heart and passion for elderly care
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Coaching and training skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with residents and families
- Respect for residents' values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs
- Excellent IT skills – testing will be conducted
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
