Our Opportunity
The Team Leader Casino Inspections is responsible for supervising a team of staff carrying out inspections, investigations and enforcement functions. These functions include compiling reports and other documents for the purposes of prosecution or disciplinary action. The Team Leader will promote team achievement of performance standards and monitor progress towards targets, providing support, guidance and oversight to Inspectors in the lawful exercise of their duties.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff, including developing and maintaining a strong and positive team culture.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in a social sciences, compliance or regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise undertaking analysis and reporting of data.
- Experience in conducting and managing complex and sensitive investigations and preparing briefs of evidence for prosecution.
- Proven ability to initiate the development of policy, procedures and guidelines within a complex regulatory framework.
