Overview
Initial 6+ month contract with possible extension paying $828/day. Fortitude Valley Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager / Business Case Developer in digital or ICT environment.
About the role
Our client, a large complex organisation within the utilities sector, are currently sourcing 2 x Business Analysts to support the development of business cases across a diverse digital portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with strategic insight and has a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of business cases for digital projects.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and options analysis.
- Translate complex information/business problems into clear, structured documentation and options analysis with NPV and cost benefit analysis to frame a case for investment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance to ensure robust and evidence-based proposals.
Key skills and experience required:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager / Business Case Developer in digital or ICT environments.
- Proven track record in developing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
