The Role
We are seeking a skilled professional for an initial 8-10-week assignment, starting next week, with potential to extend.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing support to General Managers, Regional Managers, and Team Leaders within the Health portfolio.
- Assisting leadership with performance management, grievance resolution, and misconduct issues.
- Contributing to small project work, including KPI development and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Supporting performance improvement plans and handling general administrative responsibilities.

Although no on-site parking is available, there is street parking and a nearby multi-storey parking facility.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and experienced in supporting leadership teams within dynamic environments. You should have a strong background in performance management and grievance resolution, with the ability to contribute to smaller project-based tasks. Familiarity with KPIs and talent acquisition processes will be advantageous. A flexible mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key to succeeding in this role.
