About the Opportunity

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a motivated and analytical Data & Insights Specialist to join our brand-new Neerabup Cylinder Supacentre in Perth’s northern corridor.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to be part of our purpose-built state of the art facility - shaping processes, embedding best practice, and playing a pivotal role in how the site grows and succeeds.

In this role, you will manage critical business data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across pricing, costs, and product information. You’ll transform data into actionable insights that drive productivity, profitability, and smarter decision-making across the business.

About You

You will bring a strong data and analytical background, with the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights. Ideally, you will have:

- Strong data management and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commercial aptitude and the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing structures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

At 6,900m², the SupaCentre dwarfs other repair operations and runs on a radically different model – more akin to a production line than a conventional repair workshop.
