The Role

Are you looking to bring your contract management expertise to a global company and work on programs that make a real difference?

Our business is expanding and we are seeking knowledgeable and experienced Contracts Specialists to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and a solid grasp of contract management.

Working alongside the project and commercial teams, you will provide comprehensive contract management support and guidance to programs delivering technology and technical services to our customers. You will deliver contractual outcomes and manage risk by drafting and negotiating variations and correspondence and maintaining strong relationships with local and global stakeholders.

About you

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of contract management principles and focus on executable commercial outcomes.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline‑driven environment.

- Experience with commercial contracts and/or complex supplier agreements is required. Experience managing technical or engineering services contracts within a project environment preferred.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Business/Commerce) from a recognised institution highly desirable.

- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
