**The Role**:
Join as a
**Care Manager** and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the residents and staff. In this key role, you'll bring your exceptional care skills, management experience, and passion for creating a supportive community environment.

From recruiting, training, and supervising care staff to overseeing care operations and budgets, you'll play a vital part in making sure every resident feels happy, safe, and comfortable. And, by promoting residents' preferences and lifestyle choices, you'll help create a community that truly feels like home.

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Management experience in Aged Care or Home Care - desired
- Sound knowledge of Home Care packages
- Registered Nursing qualification
