We are looking for a Chef and Cook join our friendly kitchen team at Teddis big spoon, Margaret River, WA.
You will be working with a creative team to deliver our dining concept and further your career, contribute your ideas like no other.

Job tasks and responsibilities
As a Chef and Cook, we expect the responsibilities and tasks, including:
? ability to work as part of a team or independently.
? capable of following instructions & multi-tasking effectively under pressure
? take pride in their work.
? always maintain the kitchen at a very high hygiene level.
? rostering labour to reach the labour cost target of a kitchen.
? efficiently rotating stocks and minimizing wastage.
? creative ideas of new menu items.
? effective communication skills.
? able to motivate staff.
? menu costing.
? cooking dishes according to company standards.
? monitoring food portions according to company standards.
? meetings with managers and directors.
? report to the Managing Director.
Skills and experience
? Hold a trade certificate in commercial cookery.
? At least two years or more work experiences in a commercial kitchen
? Experienced working in a commercial kitchen - not essential but ideal.
? Strong work ethic, clean, organised and meticulous
? Ability to accept personal accountability and provide clear leadership and communication to team members.
Job type: Full-time
Salary: $76,515 - $85,000 per year
Candidates:
? Must have a Police Clearance.
? Must be trustworthy & reliable & have a positive attitude.
? Be available to work varied shifts days, nights and weekends.
? Are available for immediate start.
