Salary Package: $90k - $110k + Super
Role Highlights: A high-impact role responsible for delivering national events while driving marketing activity across multiple channels. This position offers independence, variety, and the opportunity to shape how events and marketing initiatives operate across Australia.

Role Overview

Reporting to local leadership and collaborating with global teams, the Marketing & Events Specialist will coordinate, manage, and deliver national events. Daily tasks involve logistics management, supplier coordination, asset creation, attendee communications, and ensuring brand alignment across all touchpoints.

You will play a key role in elevating brand presence, driving engagement, and improving event performance through insights and continuous optimisation. Working within a lean structure, you will have the freedom to make decisions, drive initiatives, and collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency in messaging and execution. Your contributions will directly shape client experience, attendance outcomes, and the ongoing success of national programs.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver a national calendar of events

- Oversee all event logistics including venue sourcing, catering, scheduling, and attendee communications

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across EDMs, social media, and digital channels

- Create digital assets including promotional materials, social content, and short-form video

- Maintain brand consistency across all event and marketing activities

- Review and analyse event performance data to improve attendance and impact

- Work with local leadership and global teams to align messaging and campaign direction

- Support internal communications and broader marketing initiatives as required

- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with high levels of autonomy

Candidate Profile

- Minimum of 3 years of Marketing and Events experience

- Proven experience managing events end-to-end, from planning and promotion through to onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up

- Comfortable working in a lean team where autonomy, initiative, and independent decision-making are essential

- Confident partnering with technical or subject-matter experts and translating complex information into clear, engaging marketing content
