What's on offer:

This is an opportunity to work on a bespoke commercial fit out & refurbishment project with head contractor. You will be delivering $1m - $5 million projects.

1. Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projects
2. Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
3. Salary range: $150,000 + $180,000 + Super negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?

You'll be leading technical fit out and refurbishment builds in the medical, government, defence, education, labs, and offices between $1m - $5m overseeing multiple bespoke projects. You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, supported by a site manager and encourage a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial construction, fit out or refurbishment projects. Exposure to projects $1m - $10million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
