Join a global leader in their field as they embark on a transformative Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a high-impact project, driving innovation and operational efficiency.

Purpose of the Job:
The WMS Project Manager for the ANZ region will oversee the end-to-end implementation of a cutting-edge WMS solution. You'll manage system deployment, data migration, process alignment, and user adoption, ensuring a seamless transition. Working closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, you'll play a key role in delivering a project that will redefine operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the WMS implementation plan, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
2. Lead project execution, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.
3. Engage regional stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to drive success.
4. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
5. Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
6. Manage system testing, including SIT and UAT, to validate business requirements.
7. Drive change management efforts, ensuring user adoption and training.
8. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience leading large-scale WMS implementations.
2. Strong expertise in JDA Discrete/Blue Yonder (2019+) and distribution methodologies.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage third-party vendors and ensure project deliverables.
5. Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
6. Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
7. Project Management certification preferred.
