About the Opportunity

The Maintenance Officer will play a key role in our Maintenance team, supporting our restaurants by performing various maintenance and repair work. Be a part of a rapidly growing & innovative hospitality group.

Main Role Responsibilities

- Perform various maintenance & repair work throughout our restaurants, including but not limited to basic carpentry

- Tiling

- Plastering

- Patch and paint

- Furniture removal and repair

Experience, Skills & Attributes

- Knowledge and experience in many aspects of repair and maintenance work (carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering; welding is advantageous but not essential)

- Understanding of OHS responsibilities and practices

- Excellent communication and service skills

- Ability to work autonomously

- Possess a “can do” attitude

- Ability to multi-task

- Excellent communication and time management

- Demonstrate sound decision making

- Relevant qualifications (advantageous)

- Must have full driver’s license

- Must have full‑time availability and work rights in Australia
