About the Role
- Lead the College's learning and innovation strategy, grounded in evidence‑based practice and cognitive science.
- Mentor and coach Learning Leaders to build capacity and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee curriculum design, assessment reform, and digital learning initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in educational leadership, ideally in middle and senior years.
- Deep understanding of adolescent learning, ACARA v9, and evidence‑based teaching.
- Proven ability to lead change with clarity, compassion, and courage.
- A commitment to the values of Lutheran education and the Growing Deep framework.
