Site Maintenance Officer - ( WAR00001292 )

Responsibilities

- Efficient maintenance & cleaning of our head office and warehouse spaces
- Complete all minor maintenance works
- Assist within our warehouse with manual handling as required
- Perform regular cleaning of warehouse floors, storage areas, and loading docks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of amenities, including bathrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas
- Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs of fixtures, fittings, and building surfaces (e.g., replacing light bulbs, repairing shelving, patching walls)
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials
- Identify and report any hazards or equipment requiring specialist repair
- Ensure waste is disposed of appropriately, including recycling and hazardous materials handling (if applicable)

Qualifications

- What we’re looking for:
- Valid Forklift License (LF) – benefit but not mandatory
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance, or a similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
