We/'re looking for a General Manager of Property to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and lead a talented team in WA

Property is at the heart of how our cities and regions grow — from education, living and aged care to retail, commercial and community infrastructure.

We/'re looking for a General Manager of Property to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and lead a talented team across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a senior leadership role where you/'ll shape how property projects are delivered in WA, working closely with government, institutional and private clients to deliver outcomes that matter.

What you/'ll do

- Provide strategic leadership across WA/'s property portfolio.
- Grow and nurture client relationships, driving long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure programs are delivered with excellence — on time, on budget, and with impact.

About you

- Proven senior leadership experience in Property sectors (including Social Infrastructure, Commercial Property & Residential).
- 10+ years/' experience in construction project management, preferably client-side or in consultancy.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive and government levels.
- A track record of successfully leading large, complex projects and programs.
- Passion for shaping the places where communities live, learn, work and connect.
