Job Title: Building Maintenance Officer

Location: Sydney, CBD, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $37 - $43.40ph

Our client, a respected property management firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Building Maintenance Officer to oversee the essential services of a multi-storey commercial building in Sydney CBD. This is a key role for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain essential building services across multi-storey commercial or office buildings

- Coordinate and supervise building services contractors to ensure compliance and performance

- Operate, program, and monitor modern Building Management Control Systems (BMCS)

- Liaise with multiple tenants and stakeholders to address service needs and resolve issues

- Ensure all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with relevant regulations

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in building maintenance and contractor supervision

- Strong understanding of modern BMCS and building automation systems

- Demonstrated proficiency in computer technologies relevant to building operations

- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Essential / Desirable Qualifications
