Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts who love working at Harris Farm Markets and are able to add that extra something to our loyal customers. We are looking for people that are driven, passionate and want to help reconnect people with the natural joys of food.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers
- Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food
- Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
- Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case
- Maintain back stock in good order
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
- Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers
- Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success
- Flexible availability, it/'s a busy shop across 7 days
- Applicants with previous experience in fruit and vegetable shops preferred
