Salary: Competitive salary plus super PLUS annual bonus incentive

What’s the job?

This role combines hands‑on coding with leadership responsibilities including setting development standards.

- You’ll lead end‑to‑end Android development including design, implementation, and code review
- You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA) to ensure smooth delivery
- You’ll make architectural and technology decisions aligned with industry best practices (MVVM, Jetpack, Kotlin Coroutines, etc.)
- You’ll mentor and support Android developers within the team, including performance feedback and career development input
- You’ll collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure consistent code quality and development velocity

And what are we looking for?

- You’ll have at least 6 years of professional Android development experience; 1–2 years in a technical lead or senior role.
- You’ll have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- You’ll be an expert in Kotlin and Android SDK, with strong grasp of Android architecture components, Jetpack, MVVM, and dependency injection (e.g., Hilt/Dagger)
- You’ll have experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT)
- You’ll have excellent problem‑solving skills, with a passion for performance tuning and clean architecture
- You'll have implemented AI solution within Android (desirable)
