About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Analyst to join our Transformation team. In this role, you’ll support the identification, assessment, and management of risks across major transformation initiatives, working closely with the Risk Manager – Transformation and project teams.

You’ll help embed risk practices into delivery processes, contribute to the development of risk frameworks, and ensure our risk management aligns with ART’s strategic objectives.

Day to day, you'll:

- Support the implementation and uplift of risk management frameworks across transformation programs and projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify threats and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on risk trends, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with project teams to embed risk controls and ensure compliance with ART’s risk policies.
- Prepare risk reporting for governance forums, including executive and board-level committees.
- Maintain risk registers and ensure accurate documentation of risk events and treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of risk tools, templates, and dashboards.
- Support deep dives, scenario analysis, and risk workshops.
- Promote a strong risk culture through education and engagement.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and ART’s enterprise risk management framework.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- Experience in risk analysis or risk management within a project or transformation environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify risk patterns.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Collaborative approach and ability to influence risk-aware behaviours.
