What you’ll do

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to be a part of our experienced team at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.

- provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient‑centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management

- Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage

- Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA

- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software

- You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.

- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases

- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
