Both large metropolitan hospitals and far-flung outreach clinics without an on-site pharmacist will rely on your expertise to ensure patients receive appropriate chemotherapy and any supportive medications required at the right time and place.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and organise the supply of cancer therapy for hospital inpatients and day oncology unit patients.Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients.Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.Record clinical interventions.Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.Educate and counsel staff, patients and allied health professionals.Shift DetailsMonday to Friday, with alternating weekly shifts:Week 1: 10:00 am – 6:00 pmWeek 2: 11:00 am – 7:00 pmAbout YouWe invite applications from Pharmacists looking to gain clinical pharmacy experience and specialise in oncology pharmacy.
