Introduction
As a Job Coach - WFA, you will do much more than find jobs; you'll be changing lives. At MAX, we are passionate about empowering & motivating our customers to achieve their employment goals and successfully transition into meaningful and sustainable employment.
The key to success is working with your customers, building relationships, and gaining their trust. You will:
- Assist with the basics that would be most beneficial for your customers for positive results, including successfully connecting with potential employers
- Understand your customers' goals and link them with activities to enhance their skillset if needed
- Use your influencing skills to connect your customers with employers and build employer relationships to secure employment

About you
- SOLUTION-focused / positive mindset
- Self-confident and motivated
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Resilient, empathetic, & a team player
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
- Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
